Our Team

Tom Parker, CGC

President

Upon completion of his degree from the University of Florida in 1992, Tom returned home to Brevard County, where he has spent 28 years in the commercial construction industry. He has specialized in developing strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Tom has managed a wide range of construction projects from interior tenant renovations, multi-family high rise, retail developments, hotel renovation and construction, church construction, new and remodeling, government facilities, and health care facilities. He is responsible for all aspects of construction management including, but not limited to, marketing, estimating, project management, and managing all aspects of the company. In each project, Tom establishes team relationships and initiates construction manager’s service to the project. He tracks progress throughout the job duration and meets with team members weekly to discuss critical project objectives.

Gavin Korth

Vice President

Gavin Korth is Doug Wilson Enterprises’ Vice President. He is responsible for supervising field activities, sub-contractors, and staff on all of our commercial projects. Gavin closely monitors progress, schedules, quality, and costs associated with all jobs. He maintains relationships with the owners, architects, and engineers to ensure effective communication and transitions during each project. With over 24 years in the construction industry, Gavin has worked on a variety of projects, including the Rockledge Regional Medical Center, the Eastern Florida State College Maintenance Facility, the Cocoa Beach Library Renovation. He has proven to be a valuable asset to all Brevard County Public School projects as well. Gavin is currently managing construction for our new jobs, including Beachwave Titusville.

Gavin holds certifications in ASHE Health Care and Infection Control construction. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps, where his commitment to quality and attention to detail originated. These traits continue to follow him today as his active involvement in each project has proven to be a great model for a successful project.

John Merritt

Field Superintendent

John is the longest-serving employee at Doug Wilson Enterprises; his employment began in 1982, upon the company’s founding. Embodying the Doug Wilson way, John executes a hands-on approach to all of our projects. His field knowledge in the industry makes him a valuable asset. John’s field experience enables us to self-perform a large number of tasks, which is mutually beneficial to the owner and us. John’s years of experience include his work on the Abilities of Florida Project, Fellsmere School/City Hall, Health First MOB Viera, and the Holmes Regional Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. While John has years of experience on large projects, his dedication to intricacy allows him to have a crucial role in smaller projects as well.    

Sean Fuller

Superintendent

Sean Fuller serves as a general superintendent at Doug Wilson Enterprises. He has managed many larger projects for both schools, hospitals, and government agencies. Sean is known for his excellent communication and coordination skills with owner representatives, architects, and subcontractors. Sean also brings a vast amount of hands-on experience in the field, giving him the ability to manage all aspects of a project. He recently completed the facilities renewal project for Golfview Elementary School, Port Malabar Elementary School renovations, Stevenson Elementary School Mechanical Remodel, Saturn Condominium Renovation, Supervisor of Elections Office’s Ballistic Remodel, and the Palm Bay Fire Department Rappel Tower. Sean is currently working on Temple Israel and First Baptist Church Merritt Island.

Nathan Korth

Superintendent

Nathan Korth is an active superintendent and valuable asset at Doug Wilson Enterprises. He is a University of Florida graduate, with 17 years of construction experience. Nathan is our primary superintendent and representative for all work completed at the Canaveral Port Authority. He is actively working on the Cruise Parking Facility, Beachwave Titusville, and Best Western Titusville.

Kyle Bryan

Superintendent

Kyle Bryan is our superintendent specializing in health care remodels and renovations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Operations Management from the University of Florida and has 10 years of experience in construction and building renovation. Kyle has prior experience at Rockledge Regional Medical Center, where he completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Behavioral Health Unit Remodel, Compactor Renovations, the Mammogram Facility, and the Loading Dock Repairs. Currently, Kyle is completing both the Rockledge Regional Medical Center’s Radiology Department Remodel and MRI Renovations. Kyle is a pivotal member of our talented team here at Doug Wilson Enterprises.
